As the central system, the Sales Cloud collects the relevant data from the ERP system and makes it available.
All departments (sales, customer service, marketing) work with one system and thus have access to all customer projects.
The paperless processes improve customer service, increase efficiency and effectiveness, and improve employee satisfaction.
