The heterogeneous system landscape of the country organizations prevented synergies on a global level.
The offer creation required many manual steps and traceability was not always given.
Parallel customer structures were distributed across different systems and made uniform pricing and customer approaches difficult. In addition, Long development cycles also impaired the business model.
The goal was to introduce a globally uniform system with agile and flexible customization options and a simple quotation process that would be traceable and repeatable at any time. The administrative effort needed to be reduced to give sales and service more time for their core activities.

Solution
Together with DIGITALL, a global Salesforce-based template was implemented with a scalable solution that also supports local requirements. Due to the consistent use of Salesforce, there are no system breaks. By avoiding programmatic interventions, the system remains highly customizable and flexible.
Customer and partner structures have been optimized. The end-to-end sales process across lead, opportunity, quote and payment is mapped in a single platform, including quoting, ordering and invoicing processes as well as usage-based billing. The quote generation with approval and integrated follow-up is automated.
With the new efficient service solution, the connection and communication between agents and customers has been improved.
Additionally, DIGITALL conducted end-user training to support the onboarding and to build trust towards the new and reliable system.
