Kelvion already used Dynamics 365 but wanted to relaunch the system to focus it more on their sales team and gain a more centralized view of their customers and all related activities. Additionally, the company wanted to expand their Dynamics environment with Dynamics 365 Marketing and Service to not only enable their employees but also deliver individualized and relevant customer experiences.
