Challenges
After in-depth analysis and documentation of sales & marketing processes, identification of requirements, and comparisons of various supplieres, PAVATEX wanted to make use of Salesforce cloud.
The goal was to implement the Salesforce Sales Cloud within five months from kick-off to going live, while focusing on:
- Mapping the system to manage the construction project
- Visitor planning and execution
- Teamwork
- Roll-out of three different national offices (French & German)

Solution
DIGITALL assumed overall responsibility for implementing the Salesforce system at PAVATEX. Our tasks were:
- Configure and customize the environment (APEX & Visualforce)
- Design & review workshops with key users and management
- Data migration and interfaces to ERP
- Integrate MS Outlook, CTI
- Train key users
- Manage users and SSO
- Reports & dashboards
- Set up the Salesforce1 app on iPads/iPhones and Salesforce Chatter
- Testing & roll-out
