  2. If DIGITALL ends up hiring the person, you will receive a bonus (find more about the terms here).

TERMS

  1. Candidates for referral must be submitted through https://global.digitall.com/net-developer or refer@digitall.com and state the introduction for the program. 
  2. If one candidate is submitted by several referrers, the valid referral is the one submitted first via https://global.digitall.com/net-developer or refer@digitall.com
  3. Existing employees and you are not considered as referrals. 
  4. Each referral is only eligible for one bonus. 
  5. A proposal of one person for more than one position does not lead to multiple payments. 
  6. 25% of the referral amount is payable within 6 weeks after commencement at DIGITALL, the remaining part is paid after 6 months of successful employment of the referral at DIGITALL. 
  7. Participation in the bonus program is possible for DIGITALL employees and external individuals, but not for agencies. The amounts displayed are gross amounts and subject to taxation. The handling of taxation for externals is within their responsibility. DIGITALL is not obligated to hire a referral. 
  8. DIGITALL will conduct interviews with only those referred candidates who meet requirements, and will also extend employment offers only to suitable candidates. DIGITALL is not required to fulfill rewards when the above requirements are not fulfilled.
