Aquila Capital is conducting a complex Dynamics 365 Finance rollout implementation globally for all locations in Europe and Asia. In some locations, this rollout has already been completed.
Locations that have completed their implementation have entered the post-implementation phase. In this phase, secure and stable operations have a critical impact on the performance and efficiency of the business.
Taking ownership for each location and bringing about a consistent level of operational excellence required a trusted and experienced partner to lead this process side-by-side with the client and provide a high level of customer service, maintaining of day-to-day operations and ensuring collaboration between all locations.
Solution
Aquila Capital selected DIGITALL to take over the entire operational support of the Dynamics 365 Finance solution at the global locations that were in their post-implementation phase.
Working closely with the customer's core team, DIGITALL defined and implemented transparent processes to ensure consistency and alignment between all stakeholders.
DIGITALL is the single point of contact for all third parties involved in the process to streamline communication and align procedures and best practices. DIGITALL also ensured compliance with ongoing implementations for the other locations.
Once all implementations have been successfully completed, DIGITALL will take responsibility for the extension and development of further functionalities and modules to continuously guarantee the best level of service to the customer.
