In some locations, this rollout has already been completed. Locations that have completed their implementation have entered the post-implementation phase. In this phase, secure and stable operations have a critical impact on the performance and efficiency of the business. Working closely with the customer's core team, DIGITALL defined and implemented transparent processes to ensure consistency and alignment between all stakeholders. DIGITALL is the single point of contact for all third parties involved in the process to streamline communication and align procedures and best practices. DIGITALL also ensured compliance with ongoing implementations for the other locations.
