The Winning Project
Lufthansa Cargo wanted to replace its old CRM system since it could no longer meet the requirements for the more than 1,000 employees in marketing and sales. The goal was to not only implement a new system but also align business processes across individual locations and update the old data model for more transparency and structure.
Together with DIGITALL, Lufthansa Cargo managed to implement Dynamics 365 Sales. The extensive data migration was mapped, tested, and adjusted to improve data quality. After the successful data migration, the new CRM was able to decrease costs by 32,9%. Additionally, service quality could be increased and processes could be connected more efficiently.
